Who We Are
Youthority exists to redefine safety by shifting from control to autonomy, equipping young people with the tools to navigate risk, make smart decisions, and build independence, while giving caregivers peace of mind without surveillance.
Our mission is to foster a generation of resilient, confident, and capable young adults who are prepared for the real world.
Hi, I’m Laura!
I am driven by a vision of change….a world where adolescents are not feared, dismissed, or controlled, but empowered, trusted, and valued. A world where adolescence is not seen as a phase to endure, but as a time of transformation, growth, and potential. A world where young people are recognised as the change-makers they are; capable, creative, and ready to shape the future.
For too long, society has viewed adolescents through a lens of defiance, risk, and rebellion, rather than innovation, courage, and possibility. I believe it’s time to rewrite the narrative. Time to stop managing young people and start equipping them. Time to replace fear with trust, restriction with responsibility, and control with confidence.
This vision has driven my entire career.
I have spent over 25 years working with young people and families, helping them navigate the complexities of adolescence.
As a parenting coach, youth mentor, and founder of Teen Revolution, I have worked with at-risk youth, trauma survivors, and families in crisis, providing them with the tools to build stronger relationships, foster independence, and create lasting change.
Their World
I wrote ‘Their World: Empowering Your Teen to Overcome the Challenges of Adolescence’ to help parents truly understand and connect with their teenagers.
And now, I am building a groundbreaking safety app that doesn’t just track young people but teaches them how to navigate life safely and independently.
My mision is simple:
To give adolescents and young adults the tools, trust, and support they need to thrive. To help caregivers move from control to confidence. To create a world where every young person feels empowered to step into their own independence, without fear, without restriction, but with strength and knowledge.
Because our youth are not problems to solve.
They are the future to believe in.
And I will keep fighting for a world that sees them for the incredible, capable, and world-changing individuals they are.
