App not opening?
Update the app + restart your phone.
Not receiving notifications?
Check your phone’s notification settings & permissions.
Location not sending when you tap Find Me?
Turn on location permissions + switch off low-power mode.
Trouble adding someone?
Make sure they’ve downloaded Kon-X + their number is correct.

FAQs
Why doesn’t Kon-X track me all the time?
Because constant tracking sucks and most teens turn it off anyway.
Kon-X works with you, not against you. You choose when to share.
Can strangers join my group?
Nope. Groups are invite-only.
Does Kon-X replace emergency services?
No. If it’s urgent, always call emergency services.
Can my parents see everything I do?
No. They only see what you choose to send.
What happens to my data?
It’s encrypted, protected and never sold.
